2.1 Registration Requirements

The name, mobile number, email address and other personal details entered in the registration form must be completely truthful. Creating an account with false or incomplete information will be considered a violation of these terms.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, mobile number or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, hbajee vi reserves the right to close all associated accounts, and any balance or bonus in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. Sharing account details with any third party or allowing others to operate the account is not permitted. The minimum age to use hbajee vi's services is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may open an account, participate, or conduct any financial transaction on this platform.

hbajee vi may at any time request a National ID card, passport or other government-issued identity document for age verification. Transactions or withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used to deposit funds on hbajee vi. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The mobile number provided at the time of deposit must match the account details — transactions made in the name of a third party are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at hbajee vi, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed — meaning in the above example, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be placed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

A bonus can only be used in the account to which it was credited — it cannot be transferred to another account. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus may be cancelled. Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance; only the amount earned after completing the wagering requirement becomes withdrawable.

5.3 VIP Benefits

The hbajee vi VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback based on a fixed percentage of net losses. The cashback rate increases at higher tiers. Regular play and deposits create the opportunity to move up to higher tiers.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. Example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

6.1 General Betting Rules

hbajee vi offers various gaming options including sports betting, casino games, slots and live casino. Specific rules apply to each game, which are stated in that game's interface or information section. It is advisable to read the relevant game's rules carefully before placing a bet.

6.2 Finality of Bets

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, however if a cash-out option is available in a specific game or market, it may be used. Please check the odds and amount carefully before confirming a bet.

6.3 Technical Errors

If incorrect results or odds are displayed due to a technical error or system failure, hbajee vi reserves the right to cancel or correct those bets. Bets placed on the basis of an obvious error in displayed odds or results may be cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbajee vi platform:

• Operating multiple accounts in the same person's name or operating an account through a third party.
• Deliberately placing low-risk bets with the intent of meeting bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using any automated or robotic method.
• Money laundering or conducting any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account or carrying out hacking activities.

8.1 Closure by hbajee vi

hbajee vi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. This action may be taken in particular for violations of the terms, suspected fraud or security-related reasons. No bets or withdrawals can be processed while an account is suspended.

8.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. Before the account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance after meeting the applicable conditions.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, users may choose self-exclusion for a specific period. During this period, no access to the account, deposits or bets will be possible. Attempting to open a new account while self-exclusion is active is a violation of these terms.
